Zluzarinauythei provides professional landscape design, installation, and maintenance services. As a service-based business, our policies differ from product-based return policies.
Design services are customized to each client's specific needs and property. Once design work has been completed and delivered, design fees are non-refundable. However, we work closely with clients throughout the design process to ensure satisfaction before finalization.
Installation services are provided according to agreed-upon project specifications. If you have concerns about completed installation work, please contact us within 30 days of project completion. We will address any issues related to workmanship or materials that do not meet our quality standards.
Maintenance service contracts may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Refunds for prepaid maintenance services will be prorated based on services not yet rendered.
Materials purchased through Zluzarinauythei may be eligible for return if unused and in original condition. Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase and are subject to restocking fees. Custom or special-order materials are not eligible for return.
If you wish to modify a project after work has begun, we will work with you to accommodate changes where possible. Additional costs or credits will be determined based on the scope of changes and work already completed.
